Kroger Deals 9/16: $0.99 Colgate, 19 Deals
Nineteen verified Kroger deals for the week, turning $62.25 of groceries into $35.70 at $1.43 per item. Includes $0.74 Annie's Mac and Cheese, $1.05 Klondike bars, $0.99 Colgate, and three Mega Event fillers under a dollar.
This week at Kroger there are 19 deals worth grabbing, and 20 of the 25 items count toward the Mega Event. Ring it all up and you are at $62.25 on the shelf, $26.55 back in coupons and rebates, and $35.70 out of pocket at $1.43 per item.
The Mega Event is doing most of the work here. Fifteen of the 19 deals are Mega items, so you clear the 5-item minimum before you even think about it. The Reset Mega section is where the real prices are: Annie's at $0.74 a box, Klondike bars for $1.05, and Pringles at $1.12.

Before You Shop
- Clip your digital coupons in the Kroger app first. The Weekly Digital Deals and the 5X Digital coupons are Kroger store coupons, which means they stack with manufacturer coupons and rebate apps.
- Not every digital coupon is a store coupon. Some are manufacturer coupons, and those cannot be combined with another coupon on the same item. The Colgate, Finish, and Air Wick coupons in the Mega Event are manufacturer coupons, so do not try to stack a paper coupon on top.
- Weekly Digital Deals and 5X coupons work up to five times per transaction. If you want ten boxes of cereal, split it into two transactions.
- The Mega Event needs 5 or more participating items. Mix and match freely, you do not need five of the same thing. Buy fewer than five and you pay $1 more per item, which wipes out most of these deals.
- Anything with an asterisk is a Mega Event price. That is your reminder the 5-item minimum applies.
- Print the two paper coupons before you go. One from WK Kellogg for the cereal, one from Kellanova for the Pringles.
- Submit your rebates the same day. Ibotta, Fetch, and Inbox Dollars all need your receipt, and it is easy to forget a $3 rebate.

Quaker Chewy Bars
- Buy (1) Quaker Chewy Bars, $1.49 with the weekly digital deal
Net: $1.49. No coupon or rebate on this one, the digital deal price is the deal. Clip it and move on.

- Buy (1) Tree Top Apple Juice, 64 ounce, $3.99
- 5οΈβ£ Use the $2 5X Digital coupon
- π Submit the $0.25 Ibotta rebate

A 64 ounce bottle of juice for $1.74 is the cheapest thing in the cart per ounce. The 5X coupon is a Kroger store coupon, which is what lets the Ibotta rebate stack on top of it. Remember the 5X coupon works up to five times in one transaction, so you can do this on five bottles if you want to stock up.

- π Betty Crocker Boxed Potatoes, $0.99*
- π New York Texas Toast Croutons, $0.99*
These are the easiest filler items in the list. If you are one or two short of the Mega minimum, grab these to get there instead of buying something you do not want.
π Reset Mega Event Deals
These offers have come back around, so if you stocked up last time you can do it again. Everything in this section is also a Mega Event item.
Annie's Mac and Cheese β
- Buy (2) Annie's Mac and Cheese, 6 ounce boxes, $0.99* each
- π Submit the $0.50 on 2 Ibotta rebate

- π΅ Submit the $0.44 Fetch rebate (600 points, worth $0.44 toward a $5 Kroger gift card)

- π΅ Submit the $1.11 Fetch rebate (1,500 points when you buy $5 worth, worth $1.11 toward a $5 Kroger gift card)
Net: $4.86 for 3, or $1.62 each. The Fetch offer needs $5 of Popchips and three bags gets you to $5.97, so you have $0.97 of cushion. Two bags would only be $3.98 and the offer would not trigger.

- Buy (2) Pringles Crisps, 4.6 to 5.7 ounce, $1.49* each

| TOTAL | 25 | $62.25 | $26.55 | $35.70 | $1.43 |
19 deals, 25 items, $62.25 down to $35.70. That is 42.7% off overall and $1.43 per item.
Where the $26.55 Came From
| Source | Amount | Share |
|---|---|---|
| π Ibotta (8 offers) | $9.25 | 34.9% |
| π·οΈ Digital Manufacturer Coupons (3 offers) | $9.00 | 33.9% |
| π₯ Inbox Dollars (1 offer) | $3.00 | 11.3% |

| π Printable Coupons (2 offers) | $1.75 | 6.6% |
| π΅ Fetch (2 offers) | $1.55 | 5.8% |
| TOTAL | $26.55 | 100% |
Ibotta and the digital manufacturer coupons are 69% of the savings between them, spread across 11 of the 17 offers. Neither one needs anything printed, so if you only have five minutes before you leave, clip the three digital manufacturer coupons and add the eight Ibotta offers.
Rebate Apps You'll Need
- π Ibotta β Eight offers this week worth $9.25. Add every one before you shop, then scan your receipt.
- π΅ Fetch β Two offers worth $1.55 as Kroger gift card value. Snap the receipt, no pre-clipping needed.
- π₯ Inbox Dollars β One offer, the $3 on 2 Barilla Pesto.
- π Printables β The WK Kellogg $1 off 2 cereal and the Kellanova $0.75 off 2 Pringles. Print both before you leave.
A note on the Fetch values. Fetch pays in points, not dollars, and the value depends on what you redeem for. The $0.44 and $1.11 figures here assume you put your points toward a $5 Kroger gift card, which runs about $0.74 per 1,000 points. Redeem for something else and the value moves.
New to Kroger Deal Stacking?
- Get the Kroger app and a Kroger Plus card. Every digital coupon and every Weekly Digital Deal is tied to your account, and none of these prices exist without it.
- Store coupons and manufacturer coupons are different animals. Kroger store coupons like the Weekly Digital Deals and the 5X coupons stack with manufacturer coupons and rebate apps. A digital manufacturer coupon does not stack with another coupon on the same item.
- The Mega Event is a threshold, not a sale. You need five or more participating items in one transaction. Under five and every price goes up a dollar.
- Rebate apps are separate from coupons. Ibotta, Fetch, and Inbox Dollars pay you after the fact based on your receipt, which is why the register total looks higher than the net price.
- Clip first, shop second, submit third. Ibotta offers have to be added before you check out. Fetch works from the receipt either way.
- Digital coupons work up to five times per transaction. If you want more than five of something, split your order.
Tips for This Week
- Count your Mega items before you get in line. You need five, and 20 of the 25 items here qualify, so this is easy to clear if you are buying more than a couple of things.
- The three no-coupon Mega deals are your filler. Cholula at $0.69, Betty Crocker potatoes at $0.99, and croutons at $0.99 get you to the 5-item minimum for under $3 total.
- The Tree Top 5X coupon works five times per transaction. At $1.74 for 64 ounces it is the best value per ounce on the list, so grab more than one if you drink juice.
- Read the Annie's rebate twice. It is $0.50 across two boxes, not $0.50 each, so do not plan on $0.49 mac and cheese.
- Buy three bags of Popchips, not two. The Fetch offer needs $5 of product and two bags is only $3.98. Three gets you to $5.97 with $0.97 of room.
- Klondike is the only double stack with both an Ibotta and a Fetch offer on the same box. $1.05 for a 6 count is about $0.18 a bar.
- Skip the Air Wick if you are keeping it cheap. It is $3.49 net, which is a good deal on a $8.49 kit, but it is a tenth of your whole basket.
- The cheapest per-item deals are Cholula at $0.69 and Annie's at $0.74. If you want the two best prices on the list and nothing else, that is $2.17 for three items.
- Submit everything the day you shop. There are 11 rebates across three apps this week and they are easy to lose track of.
